have to run around as much as we can. On Friday we are diing the real cross country in the Redwoods. But how do we know where to go. In cross country training first we do stretching then we do the run . We would go around the scooter park. Then we would pass room 11. We pass room 12 and then we would go back to thye court and go back to do stretching. I like it because I get to train and run.
